Welcome to The Kingsway Guesthouse in Scarborough.
Run by Emily and Stewart, we are centrally located on Scarborough North Bay, along Columbus Ravine, we are a short distance from Scarborough's Open Air Theatre, Peasholm Park and Marine Road Cricket Ground. We are a 5-minute walk to the North Bay seafront and a 10-minute walk to Scarborough Town Centre and Train Station.
We have 6 recently refurbished rooms available starting from £50.

NEWS
It has been our busiest season since 2021 and we are so grateful for everyone's custom and support since we re-opened in March. We will be closing on 30th September 2024 for our winter period. We will re-open diaries for 2025 in December. If you wish to be added to our waiting list for next year, please contact us with your details and preferred dates.
We look forward to welcoming everyone back in 2025.
OUR SERVICES
Breakfast
We offer a full range of choice for breakfast including continental and Full English. We serve Yorkshire Tea and Sausages and Bacon from a local free range pork farm.
We also provide vegetarian and vegan options as well as alternatives for those with allergies.
Free Wifi
Free Wifi is available for use. QR Codes are available in our rooms which connect you to the wifi automatically.
Daily Housekeeping
All rooms can be cleaned daily
(upon request).
Fresh towels can be provided upon request. Bedding will be changed for longer length stays at our discretion.
THINGS TO DO
Scarborough Open Air Theatre
Just a 5 minute walk away is the Open Air Theatre. Bands new and old grace the outdoor stage! Keep an eye on our website and social media for 2025's acts.
Sealife
Located 15 minutes away is the Sealife Aquarium where you can see lots of tropical fish and Penguins
Scarborough Castle
Located on the top of the North Bay is the ruins of Scarborough Castle. If you are an English Heritage member, your entry will be free.
Leisure Activities
Head down to the South Bay to enjoy the amusements and arcades, walk the Cleveland Way or bring your bicycle and cycle the Cinder Track! Or head further afield and visit Robin Hoods Bay and Whitby.
Peasholm Park
Just a short walk away, you will find Peasholm Park, a Japanese inspired garden which is lovely for walking and there are boating events held on the lake. The famous Naval Warfare battle takes place at 3pm on Monday/Thursday & Saturdays
